1. Eligibility for Refunds
- You may request a refund within 7 days of service delivery only if the service was not rendered as described or there was a technical failure on our part.
- Refunds are not applicable for issues outside our control, including:
- Incorrect information provided by the customer
- Internet/connectivity problems on the customer’s end
- Declining support after work has begun
2. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please email admin@synertek.store with:
- Your name and contact details
- Service purchased
- Reason for the refund request
We aim to review all requests within 3 business days.
3. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
4. No Refunds On:
- Completed services
- Services partially delivered with customer approval
- Services rendered over 7 days ago
