Refund Policy

Effective Date: 1st September, 2025

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • You may request a refund within 7 days of service delivery only if the service was not rendered as described or there was a technical failure on our part.
  • Refunds are not applicable for issues outside our control, including:
    • Incorrect information provided by the customer
    • Internet/connectivity problems on the customer’s end
    • Declining support after work has begun

2. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please email admin@synertek.store with:

  • Your name and contact details
  • Service purchased
  • Reason for the refund request

We aim to review all requests within 3 business days.

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. No Refunds On:

  • Completed services
  • Services partially delivered with customer approval
  • Services rendered over 7 days ago
